Gregor has spent the last seven years in the supply chain software industry during which time he has successfully designed, implemented and delivered supply chain software solutions to various organisations punctually and within budget. He gained his extensive HighJump Software product knowledge at HighJump UK working as a Solution Architect for a period of three years, where he was called upon to define, design and ultimately deliver the software. His ability to recognise and understand both the technical and business requirement, as well as his full project lifecycle management experience, has proven indispensable to his clients.
Richard has over 10 years experience developing software for major ERP software packages in South Africa, Europe and the United States of America. During this time he managed over 150 full-time and contractual employees based in six different countries worldwide. Richard and his team delivered on a number of long-term and complex ERP projects that were seen to significantly improve their customers' ability to obtain value from their ERP software. This invaluable experience has contributed skills such as people management, outsourcing and project management to his core skills of communication, development and process definition and control.
